I am Becca Gould.
I am a graphic designer based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
I have experience in print design, web design, multimedia production, and content creation.
I have completed projects for Cavalry FC, Spruce Meadows, Sport Calgary, Mount Royal University, and SAIT.
I hold a diploma in New Media Production & Design from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) in my hometown of Calgary with professional certifications in Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
For my personal creativity, I enjoy creating digital artwork, capturing and editing photos of sports and landscapes, and live-streaming on Behance and Twitch. Mental health is a cause I care about as it has made a profound impact on my life, which has also been a catalyst to my personal creativity.
I unfortunately have also experienced many moments of frustration and resentment whenever I see Comic Sans being misused or overused on posters and signage in everyday life. *sigh*
Outside of design, I am currently involved in Alberta's local running and track & field community as an athlete, an athletics official, and a photographer. I'm working towards Level 5 Track Starter certification. I also enjoy taking courses in person through various continuing education programs and online courses.
I am also an avid hiker, a yogi, and enjoy going out to the mountains as well as spending time with my family and friends, in person and online.
